Verifying with CPR number and NemID

As required by the Danish Gaming Authority, once you have made a deposit into your account you must verify your account by:

  • Logging in to your account using your NemID
  • Entering your CPR number and address details in your account

If you haven’t completed the verification within 30 days of your first deposit, we will be forced to close your account.

How to log in with NemID

  1. Open the PartyCasino software client
  2. After entering your account password a second log-in box asking for your NemID will appear

How to register your CPR number

  1. Log in to your PartyCasino account
  2. From the left side menu click ‘My Account’ followed by ‘Profile’ in the new vertical menu
  3. You can now view your account details and enter your CPR number in the ‘Account Information’ section

It is important you enter your CPR number, names and address exactly as printed on your CPR card. If the details do not match we will not be able to verify your account.

Always have the NemID keys you need

You will automatically receive a new key card once you are down to your last 20 keys. As NemID is required on every log in we recommend you to request an extra key card from NemID. This will prevent frustration should you not receive your next card soon enough.

Easy with a NemID key token

You can choose to buy a key token that will release you from the physical key card. The token automatically generates a new key whenever you need it. This easy option can also be ordered from the NemID website.

What if I don’t have a NemID?

Logging in with NemID is a requirement from the Danish Gaming Authority; therefore you will need to be in possession of available keys if you wish to play. Order NemID here.

What happens if I don’t confirm my identity?

We are forced to close your account if you don’t verify your account within 30 days.

I didn’t verify in time, what can I do?

In that case please register a new account and complete the verification.

What will happen if I have funds in my account?

We will automatically pay out any remaining funds of your original deposit amount to the deposit method most recently used.

Please note: winnings and bonuses obtained playing from a non-verified account that we have been forced to close will not be paid out and will be forfeited.

Is my personal information protected?

Yes, our site is protected by HTTPS (Hyper Text Transfer Protocol Secure) so nobody else can see your information.
